We’re taking great care to keep our rivers as a healthy habitat for fish, birds and pollinators. We want to ensure that these waters continue to be a source of enjoyment and education for everyone in our community.
Open space preservation benefits the environment and fosters a vibrant community. That’s why we’re planning to preserve approximately 10,000 acres of open space including endangered habitat reserves for the Spineflower, Oak Trees and Heritage trees.
Valencia is surrounded by the Santa Susana Mountains and more than XXX acres of untouched land. It’s a part of who we are. The care and protection of the high country is central to our vision for this community and surrounding environment.
