All About Apples

A is for ‘Apple’. It is also for ‘A' fun way to spend a Saturday morning.’ First on the apple agenda?  A demo and tasting of an apple shrub — a kind of homemade health tonic in which fruit is preserved in vinegar and sugar, along with honey, herbs and spices. Then we’ll taste a variety of apples … who knows, you may even find a new favorite flavor.
