Here’s the rundown:

We’ll start with an omelet station, pastries, and the opportunity to collaborate and chat with fellow realtors. Then, Ali Wolf, Chief Economist at Zonda, will present “The Housing Market: Where We’ve Been and Where We Are Today.” You’ll also hear from KB Home L.A./Ventura County Division President, Keltie Cole, and a representative from FivePoint Valencia®, who will speak about the current economic outlook, realtor commissions, KB Home Big Deal Sales Event and more.

After the presentation, it’s off to the models. Tour KB Home’s nine models (along with the rest of the 50+ models at Valencia), chat with the team, and see firsthand how life is different here — thanks to the unique parks, pool, gathering spaces and more
