Come view new home collections by Lennar featuring a variety of models, from stacked flats to detached single family homes. All nestled near resort-style parks, pools, bikeable neighborhoods, and access to protected open space with miles of hiking trails in the scenic Santa Susana Mountains.

Activities will take place inside the Plan 3 model at Solaire.  On Saturday, we’ll have music and snacks, giveaways, and activities for the whole family. On Sunday, there will be a flower bar hosted by our resident florist, Tatum & Charlie (while supplies last).

Popping over on Sunday? Don't forget to visit our Farmers Market too  …  Crisp, delicious autumn apples have started rolling in courtesy of our local producers.
