Come tour the Torrin by Richmond American Home models this weekend. All nestled near resort-style parks, pools, bikeable neighborhoods, and access to protected open space with miles of hiking trails in the scenic Santa Susana Mountains.

On Saturday, we’ll have music and snacks, giveaways, and activities for the whole family. On Sunday, there will be a flower bar hosted by our resident florist, Tatum & Charlie (while supplies last).

Popping over on Sunday? Don't forget to visit our Farmers Market too  …  Crisp, delicious autumn apples have started rolling in courtesy of our local producers.
