A great outdoors—Santa Clarita's climate is similar to the couple's native South India, so getting accustomed to the weather was a snap. "We love camping, hiking and exploring trails," said Nithin. "Valencia is perfect for all of these activities, and we're looking forward to more, like the E-bikes!"

Neighborhood living—Community amenities scored high, with Confluence Park praised for many reasons. "The clubhouse is a wonderful place to gather, and the pools are fantastic," said Sneha. "These are the kind of community spaces that do so much to create the kind of neighborhood we wanted."

Nithin agrees. "Our neighbors are very friendly, and we can really look forward to our future here, watching our son grow up in a place with so many advantages."

Convenient location—last but by no means least, this young family is delighted with Valencia's location. "Our commute time is very doable, public transportation is favorable and there's lots to enjoy right here at home," said Nithin. "We have already explored all of our local shops, restaurants and coffee bars."
