Five Leading Homebuilders to begin construction in Valencia

FivePoint has announced five leading residential builders for the first phase of new homes in Valencia, one of the region's most innovative master planned communities. The roster of regional and national homebuilders includes: KB Home, Lennar, Richmond American, Toll Brothers and TRI Pointe Group. The first phase is set to include 1,268 homesites in 18 neighborhoods, with homes ranging from 775 to 3,680 square feet in size.
