Is there a community co-working space to work from home?
Valencia is built for the work from home lifestyle! Not only do many of our home collections offer in-home office spaces, but the community has the perfect shaded places to work outdoors. The residents have also started a club called “The Break Room” where they meet in the Confluence Lounge twice per month over coffee and either take a break from working or get some work done in this super luxury community space.
Are the parks public or private?
Confluence Park, Verve Park, Eastlink, and the future Vantage Park are private parks, owned and operated by the Master Community Association (HOA). The resident keyfobs provide access to residents only. Riparian Park is an LA County park within the community, and is public.
Which schools will my children attend as residents of Valencia by FivePoint?
Our community feeds into three great school districts:
Newhall and Saugus Union School Districts for pre-k through 6th grade.
William S. Hart School District for middle school and high school.

Will the community ever connect to the 126 highway?
Yes, there are plans for the connection, but it is years away. The connection timing depends on the number of homes built within the community.
